Most of the ingredients for the candied walnuts recipe are likely already in your pantry, making it quite simple to prepare. Now that we have the necessary ingredients, let’s begin to prepare our recipe.
Ingredients for air fryer candied walnuts:
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
Instructions for air fryer candied walnuts:
- For two minutes, preheat the air fryer to 180C/356F.
- Mix the melted butter and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
- Then, add the raw walnuts to the butter mixture and thoroughly combine everything.
- Brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and salt should be placed in another small mixing bowl. Then, mix them thoroughly.
- Add the sugar mixture on top of the walnuts, and blend everything thoroughly.
- Put the walnut mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 180C /356F. Toss them halfway through the cooking process.
- Before serving, remove the candied walnuts from the air fryer and allow them to cool fully.
- Serve and enjoy.
