Ingredients
1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp. Italian Seasonings
1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Pre-heat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
Mix together crushed cornflakes, seasonings, and parmesan cheese.
Coat each piece of chicken with mayonnaise.
Top each piece of chicken with the cornflakes mixture.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer.
Cook for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees and is no longer pink in the center
