I’m honestly not sure how I’d survive without my air fryer. I have become dependent on this mini oven to make so many quick and easy recipes. I have yet to be disappointed with anything that goes in there! This tortilla garlic bread is no exception. It’s awesome, cheesy comfort food that can be enjoyed as a yummy snack or side dish for any meal.
Ingredients Needed
- 2 flour tortillas (any size that will fit in your air fryer)
- softened butter
- shredded mozzarella
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
Step 1Butter makes everything delicious, am I right!? Slather TWO tortillas with lots of softened butter. Make sure to spread it out all the way to the edges. I use salted butter, but any butter will do. You could always sprinkle on a little salt if you’d like.
Step 2Next, top each tortilla with a layer of shredded cheese and then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I use mozzarella, but any shredded cheese will work. You could also include a little bit of grated or shredded parmesan.
Step 3Stack the two cheese loaded tortillas on top of each other and then air fry at 375° F for about 5 minutes. Watch it carefully and pull it out as soon as it turns a dark golden brown color and is crisp all along the edges.
Step 4At this point your mouth will be watering, but try to allow the garlic bread to rest for a minute or two before slicing into individual serving. HINT: Use a pizza cutter to easily slice however you’d like.

Notes
- The beauty of this easy tortilla garlic bread is that there’s no EXACT recipe here. Simply slather with butter, sprinkle with cheese, and season however you’d like.
- You can use any soft shredded cheese for this garlic bread including mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, Monterey Jack, etc. You could even try a combination! We just use whatever we already have on hand.
- Try topping with other fun ingredients for added flavor including jalapeños, pepperoni, bacon bits, olives, basil pesto, herbs, red pepper flakes, leftover meat, etc. If you include anything leafy such as basil or spinach, be sure to bury it under the cheese so that it doesn’t fly away.
