Chicken And Frozen Vegetables In The Air Fryer

What an easy dinner! Just toss the chicken and veggies in some homemade stir fry sauce and cook in the air fryer. It’s super healthy and delicious! You can serve as is or add a simple side of seasoned rice.

Choose any frozen vegetables you love. No need to thaw, the veggies will heat up perfectly alongside the chicken. A few of our favorites to air fry: peppers, snap peas, water chestnuts, broccoli, and cauliflower. Each of these veggies cooks up crisp tender in the air fryer.

How To Make Air Fryer Chicken And Frozen Vegetables

Prep the pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts by cutting it into pieces. Place chicken in a medium-sized bowl. Add frozen vegetables on top

Add olive oil, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder to a small bowl. Whisk up the ingredients to combine them.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Use a spoon to mix everything up and coat the chicken and vegetables in the sauce.

Move seasoned chicken and vegetables to the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, pausing halfway though the cooking time to mix up the chicken and vegetables.

Once everything is done cooking, remove the basket from the air fryer and use a spatula to add chicken and vegetables to a serving plate or bowl.

  • 1 lb chicken cut into pieces
  • 12 oz frozen vegetables any variety
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
